Experience
My love of food and creativity I decided to launch Board & Bites company for the passion of crafting exquisite charcuterie boards and bites was a lifelong passion for bringing people together over food. These are slightly more filling than our cones, every charcuterie cup will consist 2-3 different cheeses, genoa salami, cracker stick, assorted fruit, olive/pickles, a few nuts and a small sweet treat! Because all good things come in cones! Tasty and elegant - These are delicious small bites are ideal for your next event, corporate meeting, open house and more. Charcuterie cones are popular and perfect for bite-size taste of all you can find in a charcuterie board, every cone will consist of 2-3 types of cheeses, an olive and meat skewer, crackers, fresh fruits, as well as a dessert tidbit to end off the delicious bite. Here at Board & Bites we offer 4 different sizes to chose from; our recommended serving sizes are meant to be enjoyed as appetizers. All boards include bread/crackers on the side. Please note: no two boards or platters are the alike, each one is uniquely and thoughtfully crafted for your enjoyment. The selections are different depending on what's available and fresh.
